CCIM – A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)

The designation, awarded by The CCIM Institute, signifies high-level proficiency and ethical standards for brokers, developers, and asset managers.
FRI – The FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute)
designation is a prestigious Canadian real estate credential awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). It signifies advanced expertise in, ethics, and negotiation, requiring at least 10 years of experience, a valid license, and specialized education. It is considered a mark of senior leadership in Canadian real estate.
RCM (Registered Condominium Manager)
The RCM has become widely recognized as the gold standard in condominium management and the mark of a dedicated professional committed to excellence and expertise in the field. Today, those who achieve the prestigious RCM designation voluntarily go above and beyond minimum licensing requirements. This designation was established in 1983 by the Association od Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) for condominium managers wanting to pursue a higher standard and set themselves apart within the condo industry.
